What are you guys’ favorite gentle ways to stay fit and active? Obviously I can’t run a marathon, but I have started regularly playing ping pong at the community center and my arms actually feel a little stronger!

I’ve found that lifting some light weight (maybe 1-3 lbs) dumbbells while watching television is an easy way to keep my chest and arms fit. For my chest, I lift them from my lap, back behind my head, and the back to my lap. For my arms, I curl my arms from my lap, up to my chest, and then back down.
