Who doesn’t love Summer time? You get to hang out with friends and family. The weather is hot, the drinks are cold, you get to swim, and you get to barbecue. However, as you age, the sun can affect your body in more ways that you think. Since the skin becomes more delicate and vulnerable as we age, that means that it’s more important than ever for older adults to protect their skin from damage caused by the sun. Older adults need to take special precautions to limit their sun exposure as much as possible.
