The Deadly Impact of COPD on Seniors

As you age your risks for health complications can increase dramatically. According to the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 15 million Americans suffer from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, commonly known as COPD. COPD is a group of debilitating respiratory conditions, which include chronic bronchitis and emphysema. When it comes to COPD, prevalence increases with age.
